The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 3:30pm by Ben in the BPK Zoom Virtual Meeting Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

– Simran motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2021-03-02. Sherilyn seconded.
Minutes approved unanimously.

o It is now clarified they will be eleted in September and they must be a first year intended or approved BPK major.

The meeting of the BPKSA was adjourned by Ben at 4:27pm in the BPK Zoom Virtual meeting. The next meeting will be held Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 on Zoom (link will be distributed via email prior to the meeting).
Simran P motioned to approve constitutional changes around clarifying the BPK First
Year Representative position. Josh Seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
