The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 11:30am by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

Open Issues:
1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Jaskarn motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-03-20. Emily P seconded. Minutes approved unanimously
2) Trivia Night
- 24 people attended
- Cookie face was the favourite intermission game
3) Kin Cup
- Set up before 5:30
- Granola bars, drinks, and pinnies need to be brought to the gym from the BPK storage room
- All equipment in the SFU Rec equipment storage room
- Message Brandon to bring basketball before Thursday
4) Year End Party
- Club Ilia is charging $15 plus tax and gratuity per person
- Sundried tomato chicken penne, primavera rose wth herb and cheese stuffed tortellini, mixed greens with honey lime vinaigrette, garlic toast, soft drinks
- AQ tables booked for Tuesday April 3rdand Wednesday April 4thto sell tickets
- Menu will be sent out in an email and people can let us know about dietary restrictions when they buy their ticket
- Ask Club Ilia if they are able to accommodate gluten free, vegan, and lactose free options
- Classroom presentations – also mention Kin Cup if presenting on or before Thursday

Motions:
Emily P motioned to reimburse Emily Boyco $194.80 from Grant #885 for the Kin Cup gym booking and equipment rental. Leo seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
Jasmeet motioned to reimburse Emily Boyco a total of $365.19 for food at the Wings Trivia Night event, $328.00 from Grant #871 and $37.19 from the trust account. Jaskarn seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
Jaskarn motioned to reimburse Crystal Lefebvre a total of $692.48 for BPK hoodies, $368.48 from the core account and $324.00 from the trust account. Meghan seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
