The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:30pm by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Emily P motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-05-28. Ningning seconded. Minutes approved unanimously
2) Elections

- Ningning ran for the position and was voted in unanimously.

3) Summer Kin Cup
- Capture the flag, ultimate Frisbee, soccer

- June 12-14 is convocation week
- Prefer to do Kin Cup the week of June 19-21
- 11 faculty/grads can attend Wednesday June 20, 1:30-3:30 or 3:30-5:30
- 3 BPKSA members are available from 1:30-3:30, 5 are available 3:30-5:30

Motions:
Ningning motioned to contribute $50 to the $500 Summer Kin Cup grant from the summer core account. Alam seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
Bader motioned to reimburse Meghan Crombie $83.95 from the summer core account for the website account renewal, as funds were charged in US Dollars. Ningning seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
