Opening
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 1:31pm on Thursday, November 22, 2012 in the BPK Seminar Room by Steven.

Open Issues
- Career Event
- Saywell Hall is booked- now Cheri is looking into booking the lecture halls
- decided on having 2 breakout sessions. The first session will have: Med, OT, Kin and the second session will have ND, PT.
- Amanda found more pictures for the program and Steven will email them to Michiko
- Semester Pizza Wrap Up
- this Tuesday (Nov 27th) from 11am-1pm in the Kin Seminar Room
- Steven will send out an email to undergrads and make a FB event to gauge interest so we know how many pizzas to order
- Lucy will talk to Pizza Point today about placing a large order on Tuesday morning
- Bouldering
- we had a good turnout with 18 people showing up
- next year some things we can improve on are: sending out emails earlier to the undergrads, letting people know about the age restriction on the consent form
- Steven McGee moved to reimburse Sidney Morrison $247.17 for the bouldering event and it was unanimously approved
- Clothing Order
- Steven McGee moved to reimburse Brent Flodin up to $330.00 for clothing samples and it was unanimously approved
- SFSS Update
- offering the general membership more workshops at a discounted price (eg. FoodSafe, Mental Health First Aid) and if anyone has ideas of other ones email AJ
- planning a forum/DSU/clubs appreciation night for next semester
- in January there will be a meeting held where we can come and give our ideas for what kinds of spaces to have in the new Student Union Building
- Geek Week: still have the same ideas of star trace, prism goggles, and jump platform for our table
- AJ is looking into getting SCI crew established as an FSU as it can help oversee faculty-wide events and help coordinate the DSUs working together better
